It never stops scanning

So I have my Subsonic set up at home, with roughly 20gb of music (not the biggest collection out there).
My media folder has migrated recently, from a failing NAS to a local drive, and I've done both a database clean-up and a full rescan.
Now, several days later, DSub suddenly showed an empty library. I fiddled around a bit, and seems like setting it to browse by tags fixed it. Jamstash appears to have the same problem, but there is no option to browse by tags there so it's not a real solution.
When I log in on my Subsonic server directly, the index is there. However, every time I get the notification that it's scanning my media folder. The settings reflect this. I have it set to scan daily at 3 AM but at 11 AM it's still going.
Subsonic version 6.0 (build a7857c), running on BunsenLabs (Debian-based) Linux.

I've checked the logs. When I try to refresh the library in DSub (with tag-browsing disabled), the server logs this message:
