Import Playlists on Mac

I've done a clean install of macOS Sierra, and copied my HDD before to an image that I can access.
I want to reimport the playlists and was wondering what would be the best approach.
* What is the location of the Subsonic DB in macOS?
* What DB does Subsonic use?
* What is the name of the table holding the playlists in the DB? A simple copy of these tables would work?
