Only 1 / one music file is showing up for each album

I'm a network engineer so hopefully I can help in that subject are in the future.
Music files are playing fine when Subsonic can see them but albums that DO show files are only showing 1 file.
This is a full reinstall. The first install was operating correctly and seeing all files (i believe) but the location of the media files were in /var/tmp

Problem Description: Only 1 music file is showing up for each album
Full Subsonic Media Content size: 70,902 items, totalling 613.2 GB (looking to double this in next data transfer)
Full Subsonic Content location: /home/user/Music/subsonic/music
Troubleshooting Steps 1: I changed the memory usage from 150 to 512 for subsonic in ubuntu
Troubleshooting Steps 2: Subsonic was updated to run under username rather than root. Media content is in user home dir.
Playback Application and version: Firefox 50.1.0 (localhost:4040)
Subsonic Version: Version 6.0 (build a7857c) – April 30, 2016
Server Version: Server jetty-6.1.x, java 1.8.0_111, Linux (129.0 MB / 241.0 MB)
Hardware Platform: OS: ubuntu 16.10
Hardware Platform: Device: Lenovo Think Center M58
Hardware Platform: Memory: 7.3 GiB
Hardware Platform: Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E8400@3.00GHz x 2
Hardware Platform: OS type 64-bit
Java Memory Limit: Default/Unknown and possibly the issue. Not sure on how to change or what to change it to.
Problem Filename: No particular file issues
Output from ffmpeg -i: The files I can see play just fine
