Subsonic Forum

I have put substantial work into building several different playlists that, up until now were working quite well. Unfortunately I have now discovered that their contents are now all empty, regardless of the accurate song count and duration listed on the main 'playlists' page in my Subsonic 6.0 instance. While a general Internet search indicates this may be caused by a loss of connectivity to a media folder, I struggle to understand what has happened.

Please help me recover the work I've done.

Subsonic 6.0 on Ubuntu

Can you find anything in the logfiles?
Are your mediafolders local on the machine that's running Subsonic or are they on a network drive?
Did you recently rename or move folders or change permissions on them?
Do you as Subsonic user still have acces to all media folders? ( Check Settings >> Users >> Allow access to these media folders )
Do you have backups of the database?
