Not running - Auto-start

Subsonic is not starting. The system tray icon remains in red and after clicking on start it remains on 'Not running. Auto-Start' service status.

I have restarted the PC several times as well as checked that the port is open.

Any ideas? Do I need to reset something for troubleshooting further?
