Hello

I’m having some issue where SubSonic cant see my music folder. My music is located in a folder on my NAS. I upgraded to subsonic 6.0 and now the link seems to be broken. I’m using the browser based version on my computer as well as DSub on Android. Neither works currently.

I scan the media folder in my browser and i get confirmation that files are being scanned, yet when I go to the “home” page there is no music.

I’m on 6.0 (build 830afc) using server jetty-6.1.x, java 1.8.0_91, Windows 7 (85.8 MB / 137.9 MB)

Running it on a WIndows 7 machine, but accessing music via a macBook Pro (OSx 10.12) and Android

Thanks for any help!

If you were using a much older version, recent versions require even the admin to go into settings and enable permissions to access folders.

Force a scan and see what the scan log shows.

How do you have this NAS music shared?
Is your NAS joined to a windows domain?
Is the account you run subsonic a domain account or a local account?

If you want subsonic to modify files the windows based account running subsonic will need to have read/write otherwise read only will work.
