Deleted Folder

I deleted a folder on my PC drive.
I have scanned media folders, and cleaned database a dozen times.
Yet, the deleted folder continues to show in my index.
How can I permanently remove this non-existent folder?

No idea what that question means or how to interpret a scan log.
