Audio desync when playing video on iPad

I have an iPad that streams video just fine on iSub, but after playing for a while (5-15 mins) the audio will get desynced from the video by a half second or so. If I skip around far enough in the video that it's outside of the cache, the playback will be synced for another few minutes before it goes out of wack again. Any ideas?
