Broken podcasts

All subscribed podcasts skip 5-15 seconds randomly when played back directly in Winamp.
The downloaded files do not match the original files (verified with HashTab)

I'm attempting to use Subsonic as a replacement podcast client for ZiePod.
Oddly enough there doesn't appear to exist any decent podcast clients for Windows...

Happens with 6.0 and 6.1b2
