Subsonic Forum

I have sent a user instructions to setup my Subsonic on his Sonos.
I have a dozen or so people already successfully set up with same instructions.

He's getting "Error 500. Internal Server Error" message when submitting the web form.

He screen shotted me his entries and everything looks like he entered the values properly.

What could this error be caused by?

SOLVED!

The user was copy/pasting from the info that I sent him.
Somehow, despite the web form looking perfectly correct: Somehow the copy/paste must've added some hidden formatting or data and borked it.
When we manually typed the values, all was fine.
