Sonos Account Not Found

Hi,

I've set Subsonic up on a remote server and successfully accessed it from my phone. However when I try to add it as a service on my Sonos I get the account not found error message even though I'm using the same credentials that worked on my phone.

Any ideas as to what I can look at (logs?) to determine where the problem lies?
