Subsonic not reading all files

I upgraded to 6.1.1 last night, and now my full library is not displaying. It still shows every artist and album, but most of the albums are only displaying 0-2 songs. Even my playlist will say they have the correct number of songs within, but don't show the full playlist once you go into the folder. I've used the clean-up database and re-scanned my media folders multiple times, but nothing changes. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
