Transcoding stopped working

I have had a Subsonic music server running for some years now. There has never been any major problems with it.

But now, suddenly, I can't play any of my music. My app says: "Uh Oh, we asked for a song, but the server did'nt send anything! It's likely that Subsonic's transcoding failed"

The server is running on a windows 10 machine. None of my music is mp3 files, and have never been, so transcoding is very important playing my music.

I tried downloading and installing the newest server version, but it did'nt help.

Anyone have an idea of what went wrong?
