Subsonic Forum

Hey all,

I've setup a QNAP NAS. Configured it with Plex with zero issues. I can't seem to get Subsonic to recognize the mapped drive though - everything I try, I get "Folder not found".

I've done a bit of research and tried a few different things recommended in other threads.

I gave the Subsonic service the proper access permissions, as outlined here.

I've tried the following paths:

\\XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX\Music
\\XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX\SHARENAME\Music
Z:\Music
\Multimedia\Music
\SHARENAME\Multimedia\Music
etc

I feel like I've hit a dead end. What am I missing? Any pointers would be much appreciated - thank you!

Anyone? I tried the steps outlined in this thread too, and had no luck.

\\SHARENAME\Multimedia\Music
