I just setup subsonic on my computer

I have a lot of other website setup but i let it disable the default website and used a different port

Whenever I go to the server with the IP address/port (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:yyyy/) it gives me the under construction page.

I dont understand why this is happening.

Has anyone seen this before?

I have never heard of that.. I don't think that is Subsonic.

From the server I can go to http://localhost:8787/ but I cannot reach it externally.

Just goes to an under construction page

are you really writing in the browser http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:yyyy/ ?.

it is wrong, you should write http://xxx.xxx.xxx:yyyy/.

4 part IP address as in

192.168.1.1

but with an external IP instead of an internal one

unless I am missing something.

Seems it was a browser cache issue
