Hello!

I am using 6.1.1 in OSX Sierra installed for the first time. I have managed to set everything up and Subsonic seems to read the files when scanning the library. However, when it stops scanning no music is shown in the library.

Neither on the web nor on the iOS App iSub.

Any ideas as to what do I need to do? The music folder is on an NTFS external drive and I am using Paragon NTFS.

I have exactly the same problem and symptoms. I'm using Chrome and Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. Typically only the first song in a folder is loaded into the Subsonic library. This just began a few days ago.

I was having the exact same issue before with a Win 10 Home 64 using the 6.1.1 version of MB. Since the issue is persisting in macOS I think there may be an issue with the content in the library. Could there be some hidden files causing this issue?

I am having the same problem in win7. Some directories do not show in subsonic and they will show when browsing on my Sonos player.

Furthermore, I do not understand which information is used to order the directories that contains my mp3 tracks. Does someone know?

Anyone else with this issue? Could there be a way to fix it by resetting something or deleting a profile, etc.?

After the 6,1,3 update I am still experiencing this same issue. I have also tried to copy my Music library in several external hard drives to troubleshoot to no avail- Could there be any files in the library which are having an impact on this being corrupted?

Any further ideas on how to trouble shoot this further? I am really disappointed that I am unable to use subsonic.

I had this problem, and started a separate thread.... Eventually found the problem.

Check the user has access to the relevant folders - the subsonic Admin user doesn't have access by default.

Settings | User | Select user <eg admin>| Allow access to these folders
