Music suddenly missing

Brand new installation on a brand new machine, and up until this last week, all of my music was present.
My music is stored on my network on my Synology.
(Simply telling me to move my installation to the Synology is not going to be sufficient.)
So, up until last week, all of my music was present. Now, all of a sudden, after no changes to the machine or my network, files are missing from Subsonic. Not all files, just some.
For instance, I have the entire "Mark of the Blade" album by Whitechapel in a folder, however, Subsonic is now reporting one file is there.
I've already starting moving to Plex, but would like this fixed, as I've paid for Subsonic.
