Postby psychiktv » Sun Nov 12, 2017 7:08 pm

Hi, since the last os update, the subsonic server is stuck ...

Problem Description: since the latest apple security update for 10.12.6, I have the 503 error
Playback Application and version: web, isub and play:sub
Subsonic Version: 6.1.3
Server Version: (copy/paste from the "About" screen in the Subsonic Web Interface)
Hardware Platform: Mac Mini mid 2011 running 10.12.6

Any suggestions ?

Did you check if your server is still running?
If so, did you check if you can reach it from the server itself? ( http://localhost:4040 if you're using the default settings.)
Did you check what Subsonic says about the connectivity? ( Settings >> Network .) Do you see Status: Successfully registered web address.
?
Did you try restarting the server?

I restarted the application several times, I reinstalled the server, even rebooted the computer, but nothing worked.

The only page I can access is the "subsonic control panel" which says :
Started on : Nov 12, ..
Memory used : 18MB
No error Message
Server adress is http://localhost:4040/

I also have the 503 error when trying to connect to http://localhost:4040/

thanks !

it was due to a database corruption. I just had to remove the subsonic/db folder...
