New missing albums scanner

Is there anyway to scan a music library in order to know what albums I'm missing from an artist old or new? I know subsonic doesn't do this. Music cabinet looks like it does but is unsupported for anything past 4.7. What do you guys use? Third party or integrated I don't care just would be nice to not have to go through 3000 artists and Google them just to double check. I keep them in good order and tagged so using the info in that field to cross check against a db wouldn't be so hard in theory. Any ideas?
