Help:: is there a limit to the number of files

I have a large library (20 TB's) and one of my external drives is not getting scanned or is not populated in the database. I thought maybe it was because I was trying to scan my movie drive. I had it scan my tv drive (similar file types), and it still doesn't show any files.
The drive is shared and can access it through my network and what not, just not working with subsonic.
Any hep would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

What OS is your Subsonic server running on?
Did you define all the drives correctly in Subsonic ( Setting >> Media folders) ?
Is Subsonic running with privileges to read all the drives?
Any errors in the logfile?
Did you check if the Subsonic account that you are using has permissions to view all media folders?
What does the About Subsonic page show in the Media Collection section?

Thanks for responding.
Windows 7
Yes it's set up correctly to read the drive. All my other drives are reading just fine.
Yes all privileges are set correctly.
I have not checked log files-will do that tonight.
The about subsonic page shows the drive, just none of the folders and files inside.

Hi
In the Media collection Section on the About page you should see something like:
6.884 artists
18.745 albums
180.986 songs
1390,00 GB
13.249 hours

Since you have 20 TB of media files I'd say that scanning your collection might take quite some time.
Could it be that Subsonic is still scanning your collection?
