Subsonic not connecting with Sonos

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone has come across this error and what was the fix.

When adding the Subsonic to Sonos under "Add Music Services" I get this error:

There was a problem adding the Subsonic account. A connection to Subsonic could not ne made.

I made sure, verified many times my login name and password works.

I have it running in a docker on an unRAID server. Not sure if that matters. Sonos is unable to add my Subsonic account.

Hi Darryl,

I see you made it over here from the Sonos forums! Purely by chance I spotted your post. I had exactly the same problem as you connecting to my Sonos until I tried setting it up as a 'remote' Subsonic server as outlined at the bottom of this page

Mine is running natively on a Synology NAS, so a slightly different setup, but I think its fundamentally the same underlying issue.
