Videos only show in the Index tab. Is there a way to have them show in Home tab as well?

That's not an easy question to answer. It all depends on how you have organised your mediafolders and how you set the home page.
On the home page you can select which folder to display. If you have all your video's placed in one folder, you can just select that folder on Subsonic's home page and it will show only files contained in the chosen folder.
If you don't have them organised in one folder and set the Subsonic homepage to display All folders in RANDOM order, than it's just by chance which albums / video's will show up on the home page.

Thanks. That is good to know. My plans include multiple folders, but I used, as a test, only one folder with only a few files, all mpg format. They play correctly, only accessible through the Index tab. My music directory has multiple folders and everything shows in both Main and Index tabs. Any further help will be most appreciated.

I tried to add a folder containing videofiles in AVI, MKV and VOB to Subsonic.
They were all in their own subfolders arranged by alphabeth.
So we get:
Folder VIDEO
subsolder Title A
subfolder Tiltle B
etc. etc.
After performing a folderscan and selecting the videofolder to display, most of the video's showed up allright.
Subsonic just can't handle VOB-files, so they don't show.
But I can see the video's on my homepage, some with a screen shot, some without.
I did notice however that if you play one video and try to jump back to the homepage, Subsonic stops at an index page. Clicking HOME again will return you to homepage displaying the videos.
