Port Forwarding issue

Christ I thought this would be simple enough to figure out.

First I tried automatic. That seemed to work internally to subsonic. But I bought two different IOS apps and neither could connect.

Next I disabled the automatic and tried manual. Based on the instructions at portforward.com, I added 80, and 4040. Both went in to the router admin without a problem.

Still cannot connect. Play:sub says error communicating with server. iSub says request timed out.

Also, in the subsonic settings, it now says:

Update: Status is: Successfully registered web address.

So it seems like on my computer end, things are good. But I still cannot connect with either of the apps.
