I feel really stupid but I see a mention in the changelog about sorting playlists and I can't for the life in me find out how to do it in the web interface. The column headers are not clickable.
I looked on the forums but couldn't find anything. Am I missing something?

Could you specify where in the changelog you found that?
The only thing about sorting the playlist I could find was in
Subsonic 5.0 - Sep 21, 2014
Bugfix: Sort playlists alphabetically.
Even in the API there's no way to sort playlists.
