I am absolutely sure that i used my own email adress,
the premium account invoice says so, but I can't retrieve my password.

You could always log in to Subsonic as admin.
if you don't know the password to that account see viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3084 how te retrieve it.
If you're logged in you can check Settings >> Users to find out what users you created.

Yes, i am inside. All users are gone and have 28 days left, looks like a have a new membership.
Since the office of Subsonic is not responding, it seems like I have to do a double payment....

Your premium account is valid for as long as you paid for it.
If subsonic tells you that your license is expired but you know for sure that that isn't so you can always enter your license key again. ( Settings >> Subsonic Premium.)
I suspect that your database is corrupt when all your users are gone.
If you want to contact Sindre use the e-mailaddress you can find on the "About Subsonic " page on your server.

That has nothing to do with it. I have payed a long time ago for a premium lifetime subsonic license. My custom subsonic url is still working which would be impossible to have i never had premium.
When i want to resend Subsonic license key on the subsonic website this is the reply i get
