Authentication Logs Subsonic on MacOs

Hello,

I was wondering in what logfiles the authentication events (successful / failed login events) are being saved.
I've looked at the subsonic.log, but there are no events about login actions.

I'm running the latest version of Subsonic on MacOs.

Anyone has an idea where these logs are stored?

Subsonic only logs failed attempts.
They are stored in the file Subsonic.log which resides in the Subsonic root folder.
This file is overwritten every day, so you're right if you say you can't find any entries about failed logon attempts.

I’ve added the logs to splunk, so ill check in a couple of days.


Have to say, forcing failed logins doesn’t seem to work, yet...

I tried it and I see the result appear in Subsonic.log:

I just don't get how my logfile is in the future according to the date and time I post this. My server is right on time.

Ah, i found them! Thnx! To bad you cannot see succesful logins tho.

Hm, that is wierd indeed. Did you check your subsonic config itself? Maybe yiou have an issue in there?

It's not my server, because I actually DID try these test on the date and time as reported in the logfile.

I see it's a problem on this site, because I posted this on 11-04 on 20.03 hrs, and this site says it was 18.11 hrs.
