This could be the result of a corrupt database.
You could try deleting or renaming subsonic.data in folder subsonic\db. You'll first have to end the Subsonic proces to do this.
After restarting the process, you must wait a few minutes for Subsonic to rebuild the database.
If all went well you should be able to log in with your credentials and the settings button should be enabled again.

You could have a look in the db.backup folder.
If the Subsonic.data file is from a date before you had the problem you might try stopping the Subsonic service, copy the content of the folder db.backup to the folder db .
After restarting the service you'll soon find out of this solved the problem.
If you decide to do a complete re-install you must not only uninstall Subsonic, but also delete or rename the Subsonic folder that normally stays behind.
Failing to do so will end you up right were you are now.

Thanks for reply
I tried with backup files : same problem
So I tried to reinstall Subsonic : same problem
I tried to destroy/create my VM : same problem
I tried with new VM on openjdk-8-jre : same problem
I tried locally on my desktop (debian stretch + openjdk-8-jre) : it works
My server is on jessie. Maybe a problem of compatibility ?
On new installation on my server, I can go on the "Settings" menu with "Get Subsonic Premium" button but it's not really a solution ...

I'm lost ...

Seems to me that you have an compatibility problem.
But as you mention that you have no problems with Subsonic on Debian stretch: Why not create a vm with Debian stretch?

Because my host was on Jessie.

So I upgraded my host. Now it's on Stretch, my lxc container on stretch : don't works ...

Any idea ?
