Excuse my ignorance but
is there a place to see server & user statistics?

Like total library size, total artists, etc
and user specific info like total bytes/tracks streamed

On the "About" page you can see the details of your media collection like:
6,983 artists
19,026 albums
187,652 songs
1446.55 GB
13,619 hours
Statistics about users can be found under More >> Networkstatus.
But you won't find anything specific there. Only the amount of datatraffic per user divided in Uploaded, Downloaded and Streamed.
Both pages can be accessed by using keyboardshortcuts:
Press g then a Go to About
Press g then r Go to More
