Can't install subsonic on Synology

Hi, I am trying to install subsonic via package manager on a synology nas and I am getting the following error:

Failed to install "Subsonic".
Can't find a folder 'Subsonic' in your public folder. Please check your public folder and make sure there is a folder called Subsonic (with Capital S) in it. Or select 'No' if you don't want to restore anything and just install Subsonic normally.
I am installing Subsonic as new. I selected "no" during install and get this message. I even tried creating a public folder and putting a folder called Subsonic with a capital S, but still not working.

That sounds like rights problem. Even if the Folder exists Subsonic probably has no right to use it.
I don’t know about the OS of the NAS but most have Linux like OS.
Read about chmod and chown general and in your manual/NAS Forum.

I’m using the Windows Version, so I don’t know if Subsonic installer is creating a new user.
If so, the folder must have rights for that user. Also the User, even if Subsonic is using your acount, must have the right to write to the folder, delete and so on. In most cases standard at Linux is read only. Check this out.
