Downsampling 320bitrate MP3's
Posted: Mon May 11, 2009 6:55 pmHi, I have really poor upload bandwidth that I can't do anything about, my entire music collection is in MP3 format and a percentage of them are sampled at 320 bitrate. All my collection buffers perfectly bar the 320bitrate ones which stutter if not let buffer for a while.
My question is how do I set up a rule to to automatically transcode any mp3 greater than 192bitrate to 192bitrate?
I searched the forum but nothing jumped out at me, if the question is already answered could someone link it to me plz.
