Music wont play in Mobile mode only on Wi-Fi

I really cant figure this one out. I've been using subsonic for a year plus and a week ago my subsonic app on my Android phone stopped being able to access my library via mobile networks. I can still play my music and access any library when my phone is connected to Wi-Fi. I have not changed any settings. I tried to re-download the app and tried some of the other subsonic apps, but nothing has worked. Please Help.

While it's entirely possible an update broke something, it's still a good idea to troubleshoot by process of elimination. Can you: canyouseeme.org and see your open port? Can you ping your server addy by IP:port? Is the subsonic server name resolving properly? etc.

First of all thank you for responding to my message. I am not that technical but I was able to see my open port by using canyouseeme.org. I tried pinging my server using the command prompt but it kept timing out. 100% packet loss.

you informations are very small. Linux, Windows, Mac? Are you using custom url or are you using subsonic url.
There are a lots of possible mistakes
