My custom url https://{name}.subsonic.org is routing to an incorrect external IP.
If I manually enter the correct external IP:port into a browser, it works fine.
I also tried configuring a different custom URL and it routed the same way, to the same wrong external IP.

I have the same problem. To get round it I have gone to duckdns.org and created my own address and am using this instead but it does require more work to set it up. Hopefully there'll be a fix soon.

Hey all-
Same issue here with my custom url, I have access outside my network only if I specify my external IP and forwarded port. I will add that the custom url does work inside my network (will correctly point toward server's internal IP).

Seems to have coincided with letting my premium subscription lapse for a couple days prior to renewing. Anyway, would appreciate it if anyone has found a solution, I would like to avoid re-installing!

I also got the issue after licensed, the IP address is different between my subsonic site and actual domain IP, but I can access my subsonic site by actual IP.
As I checked by ping, my subsonic site be setting to subsonic official WWW website, not my server External IP. But I got the successfully information in Settings => Network page for "easy-to-remember address" (Status: Successfully registered web address. )

Can anyone help me to solve it? Thanks a lot!
