Invalid License Key

Hi All,
I am using a subsonic. I found it is quite interesting and purchased a 12-months license key through paypal. However, I cannot activate it as everytime I entered my license key in the "Subsonic Premium" Page, it will give an error said "Invalid License Key". I have a few guesses but still don't know how to solve them:
1. It is probably I am still in the "trial" period which is conflict with a purchased license. So in this case, should I wait until my free trial expired and retry?
2. I am using an email ended up with @163.com which is blocked in this forum while I was registering. Is this email blocked in the subsonic as well?
Here are the only two guesses I have now. Hope you can help me out.
Additionally, I was trying to find logs of subsonic but failed. If with the log, I think I may provide more information. If you have any idea of finding it, please let me know.
Best Regards,
Hyphen.

As I recall I entered mine well before the end of the trial period and no problems ever since! I can't think that the email address should be a problem assuming it is a valid domain .....
https://www.whois.com/whois/163.com
which it appears to be unless perhaps being behind the Chinese firewall is causing problems ?

Hi,
Thanks for your help.
Although I am using a China based email service, but my subsonic server located in Australia, and I purchased it in Australia, and I could receive license key correctly. So perhaps that is not the cause.
I was trying to email subsonic team but no one replied. I am thinking get a refund and maybe purchase again...
By the way, did you ever link your email address to admin account? I didn't do that. Will that be a cause?
Regards,
Hyphen.

Hi All,
I've resolved this problem. It turns out to be a Chinese input method problem. It seems that Chinese inputs have different encode number of some symbols in my email. And when I swap to English inputs. It works.
Thanks a lot, anyway.
