Subsonic Forum

Cannot scan folders with greek font. Raspberry pi 3 with osmc

No answer perhaps because it was not so clear what i asked. So i repeat. I have installed subsonic on raspberry pi with operating system OSMC. I have attached via usb a hard disk call Matrox. The scan folder is /media/Maxtor/Music. When i press scan media folders now, subsonic start scanning but when find folder with greek characters stop scanning. If i change in english continue scanning but when find subfolder with greek character stop again

I have had a similar problem with other Linux Versions. It seems that is a problem during setup of Linux. You need the right language and UTF (?) ISO setting.

For better explaining...
I am running Nextcloud/Ubuntu in an virtual environment, using W10Pro Drives. Since I'm German I have had the same Problem during scan because äöüß.
I was researching a lot in google and found that it was the Problem of wrong language and keyboard setting during setup .... but you can change it.
Im not that Linux Nerd .... try google or the specific OS Forum, but I think it is the right direction

utf-8 will have the most specific symbols.
