I have been a premium Subsonic user for many years. I recently had a hard drive failure. As I am reinstalling I noticed I never updated my email address with Subsonic so when I request to resend my license key it is sending to an old email address that I no longer have access to. Does anyone know of a way to find my original license key or a way to contact someone for help. I did send an email to mail@subsonic.org last week but have not heard anything.

Is there no longer support at all. Tried emailing and sending a direct message to Sindre, no response?

The key is a MD5 hash of your email address. You should be able to generate it if you know the email address to hash.

Thank you - I think that worked - It says I am now licensed but the Get Subsonic Premium designation still shows in upper right hand corner, is that normal?

I thought it worked but it will still not work for subsonic premium. Any other way to retrieve my original license key? Wow this is frustrating!
