**NEWB ALERT** Search function not working & always scanning

Hi everyone:

New user, installed and refreshed library. Everything works, except:

1. In the search function in upper right, I can put anything in there and I get ZERO results.
2. It never stops scanning. It's been 2 weeks now

I feel like a phucking idiot right now. Any help would be greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Working fine here, once three letters are in it will start displaying results running under Windows Server and version 6.0beta2 myself.
What version and OS are you using ?
