Delete A Playlist

I'm trying to delete a playlist but can't seem to see the option anywhere! I found a thread saying it should just be one of the options at the top of the window but it's just not there for some reason, all I have is Shuffle, Download, Share, and then "..." (which only gives the option to rename). Anyone else experienced this? Is there another way to do it?

Is it not at the top of the screen where the title is and all the options ?
