Hi,

I am having some issues accessing my music folders.

I have two folders where my music is located. One is fine - I can see all of the subfolders and play any music in them.

I am having problems with the second folder. I can see all of the artist folders on both Chrome and the Android app, but I can not open them. On the web, it tells me "Sorry, you are not authorized to perform the requested operation." On the Android app, it tells me "Not authorized. Check user permissions in SUbsonic server." I am operating as the admin and gave myself permission to access both folders in the user settings. Please help!

Subsonic normally runs as a service, not as Admin, you need to give the service the rights to access the relevant folders.
It would also help if you tell us the Operating system / version etc.

I am on Windows 10/Android version 10.

It looks like access is working now. I can play songs on my phone and browser.
