Song List - Lost All Data

I am posting here to see if you can help me. I super appreciate it.
Unfortunately, we lost 2 drives in our NAS where all of our music was stored and our backups are not up to date so we have basically lost everything. Rookie move, I know.
Is there a way to open and read the subsonic.data file or a similar file in the program directories that would provide me with a readable list of all the songs and albums that we had added to Subsonic in the past? I would like to try and rebuild our music collection and a list of that information would be incredibly helpful.
I tried opening some log files and the subsonic.data file with TextEdit but the files were not readable.
Please let me know if you know of a way to view such a list and where I would find that.
