Premium Registration Key Blues

I purchased a year subscription on Friday 10/23 (my license is under uberthug@hotmail.com). I have not received my new Key. I have tried the 're-send Subsonic license key' many times since then, nothing. I checked my spam, nothing. I have PM'd Sindre with my Paypal transaction ID and a screenshot of my purchase and I haven't received a response. I want to continue using Subsonic because it's easy to use and I have been a subscriber for years.
Can someone help me?
