why i Cannot scan any files in the directory ？

The deployment is completed without any problems, but no matter which directory is set, the mp3 files in the directory cannot be scanned.Standalone and rpm mode all the same, mp3 cannot be scanned，the log shows 0 found。This problem occurs when using hostus ovz vps，But with other kvm vps, there is no such problem, including local virtual machine testing. The test uses centos 8, the same mp3 file, the same file permissions,Only hostus ovz has a problem. I want to know if it is caused by the ovz architecture or there are other reasons?

this is the only difference I found ，
Is it caused by this？
