The latest "Folder Not Found" Question...

Windows 10 Home, dedicated Subsonic/Plex server. Icon in tray is green, I can reach the server interface on my internal network using a browser.

My system is logged in using a regular user with admin access. Not one of those new "Microsoft" accounts. I had originally set up the machine with a "Microsoft" account, and I hate the idea of that, so I made a second user as a regular Windows 10 user account (admin). I now auto-login as that user and autostart Subsonic on login.

My media is saved on a Synology NAS on my gigabit local network. File path: "X:\music".

I have set up the Subsonic service (under "Services" panel) to log in using the same user credentials that I use to log into the account.

My media folder file path - the same one I can use to navigate directly to the mapped network drive - is not working. I get the "Folder not found" error.

Ideas? I'm not sure what to try next. Thanks very much.

Maybe a permissions issue? Try this, towards the bottom:

I'm facing similar issue. I think a Windows 10 update broke Subsonic :(
