I don't think I can help very much but, did you make a dedicated user for Sonos and if so, does this user have access to the library folders?

I'm having the exact same issue. It looks as if the Sonos app doesn't accept the Subsonic service any longer.
For me it started a couple of months ago and then I could re-enable it by going to the settings of Subsonic and reactivating the Sonos service.
Last week I had to add the Service to the Sonos app again, and today I removed all the Subsonic services (3) that were present in the Music Services in the Sonos app (in both Windows and on iPhone), none of them working any longer and re-adding a 'new' Subsonic service to the app, but alas, to no avail.
