FIles will not Download to Android device

About 75% of my FLAC files will not download to my android device/players DSUB, Subsonic etc etc .

I'm getting this error in the logs when I try to play, that seems to be the issue:

[4/11/21 1:25:03 PM EDT] WARN RESTFilter Error in REST API: EofException
[4/11/21 1:25:03 PM EDT] ERROR JAXBWriter Failed to marshal JAXB
[4/11/21 1:25:03 PM EDT] ERROR RESTFilter Failed to write error response.

All I can find is that this is some sort of HTML 5 error. But it doesn't happen to all files. I've been having this issue for about a year now, Any thoughts?
