New albums not being added.

Since about a week ago, new albums don't show up in my subsonic installation anymore.
It was working fine before, and has in fact worked fine for almost ten years.

Manually triggering the media folder scan doesn't work, neither does removing and re-adding the folder. I have also tried creating a new folder and moved all the music to that folder, which doesn't work either.
Any ideas for what I can try to troubleshoot this?

Might be worth re-installing the code, rather than the database.

Sorry for the late reply, I didn't get a notification about a reply.

Anyway, I've since tried reinstalling subsonic (by removing and reinstalling the RPM, this is running on a CentOS machine) and even downgrading to an earlier version, but the problem is the same.
I also tried installing madsonic, where the problem doesn't exist. Not sure what conclusion to draw from that, but I guess the folders aren't messed up somehow at least.
