setting up SSL cert for No-Ip DDNS on Win 10

In addition to my Subsonic server address (HTTP://nyname.subsonic.org) I use No-Ip for DDNS and have a couple of other dynamic domain names to help direct friends to my Subsonic server. The server runs on my Windows 10 desktop.

To create an SSL CSR through No-IP for their DDNS I need to specify one of the following server types:

Apache Mod SSL
Apache OpenSSL
BEA Weblogic
C2Net Stronghold
Cisco
Cobalt RaQ3x/4x/XTR
Domino
Ensim Control Panel
HSphere Web Server
IBM HTTP Server
Microsoft IIS 4.x
Microsoft IIS 5.x / 6.x
Microsoft IIS 7.x
iPlanet 4.1
Java Web Server
Novell Console One
Novell I-Chain
Outlook Web Access
Plesk Server Administrator
Tomcat
Website Pro 3x
Zeus Webserver

Do any of these correlate to a Windows 10 Subsonic installation?

Is this something I should avoid for any reason?

Thanks in advance!

Jeff

Seems for a SSL you font need specific to a Windows 10 , is only HTTP redirection .

if you use No-Ip for DDNS . on the SSL CSR through No-IP for their DDNS , you can use any of the latest Windows 10
older
Microsoft IIS 4.x
Microsoft IIS 5.x / 6.x
new
Microsoft IIS 7.x
or
Tomcat

i will test myselft on my DynDNS and Windows 2012

hope it hepl
