http://www.subsonic.org/pages/download.jsp has a download for that. Keep in mind that Subsonic is basically abandonware at this point, so support will be limited to community and there will probably not be any fixes/updates.

You might look at a lateral move to Airsonic Advanced https://github.com/airsonic-advanced/airsonic-advanced - It is in active development with frequent snapshot updates https://github.com/airsonic-advanced/airsonic-advanced/releases . Same feature set as Subsonic (API, Sonos, etc.) with updated code. As it is open source, you also get all the features Subsonic Premium gives you, but for free. You need your own DDNS solution for it, but it it can be run on Synology via Docker (similar to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXHpKl_LVJI&ab_channel=boredCaveman)

I have subsonic lifetime subscription if that helps.
Bump ~~
Answering this thread as I just logged in . If qNap NAS has subsonic in the app bundling of QTS. I use asustor ADM is my OS and the app I researched before hand in 2013 when I bought my prefabbed NAS.

If you see subsonic in app central then simply install it and populate your key in the registration field of the subsonic template . Sync your android device to the server addresses typically http://userID.subsonic.org and your password same login info as on your Nas.

If you require setup help with pointing to root HDD's reply here when you get to that step.

*If there is no sign of subsonic in your app central than it was not including in the bundling . I don't run QTS maybe madsonic fork or something els is available if not than you must wait for a bundling package update.

I sense your eagerness to install subsonic for Plex has become way to click heavy with options and is now bloatware and can't really deal with large collections like subsonic

Hi haven't checked back in a while and noticed your thread.
Did you get it working?
