Video random access from LG smart TV

Hi, I am running my premium Subsonic (6.1.6 (build 0cfa60) – November 10, 2019) on a Win10 machine.
I manage to play videos from it on my LG WebOS smart TV,
But I can't manage to choose a random position in the video (the TV gives an error that this feature is not supported).
When I stream from that windows using the native windows streaming service, I can random access without a problem.

Is this a subsonic limitation? a compatibility issue? a setting i forgot to set?
