Sideload Subsonic APK file to a wearable.

I have a Samsung watch 4 classic

Was able to sideloaded Subsonic APK file 4.8 to the watch

Subsonic and played the Demo server with no problem from the watch

The problem is when I go to settings I received the following message: "Welcome to Subsonic! The app is currently configured to use the Subsonic demo server. After you have set up your personal server (available from subsonic.org), please go to Settings and change the configuration to connect to it"

I hit ok, go back to settings, same message. Not able to get to the Subsonic setting screen where I can add my server.

Againg this is for my watch, would love to access a variety of music while on the trail.

Any help, will be greatly appreciated!
