Importing M3U files

This is a dumb one but I have forgotten how to do this.... all my playlists got unlinked when I migrated my music library to a new server... my old play lists show up but they are empty and I can't delete them (how do I do this). I'm creating new playlists in itunes (it's easier to do there) with the intent of importing them into subsonic but I can't figure out how to do this.

Click on the Playlist tab, then scroll to the bottom of the list where you will find "Import playlist".
